Everton V Stoke Pre match

Moyesy only has the chosen few to call on again. Hibbo is still out for another week or two with his ropey thigh. The back four will remain the same, with The Jag carrying on at right back, but up front me thinks listening to Moyesy that Louis Saha has done enough of late to displace Jo in the race to partner Tiny. Shandy won't be on the bench after hurting himself in training, so its the barest of bare bones once again. In Moyes we trust.

The boys have not conceded in open play since Robin van Persie netted in the last minute against the Arse back in January. But I hear you scream what about manure's Ronaldo, who if you remember netted from the spot. So from open play we have not let one in for nearly 450 minutes, keep it up boys, that's great work. However we welcome Biffa back, and I for one hopes he gets a good round of applause on his return to the Shrine. Biffa fitted in at the time, but what Moyesy has done over time is bring more quality in, season in season out. At that point of our rise under Moyesy Biffa fitted the bill, however brief. Lets hope he does not carry on his decent run of scoring against one of the meanest defences in the Premiership. COYB FTRS
Moyesy says: "I think we have to keep an eye on his overall injuries and make sure we get the best out of him. I think he's doing a great job for us now. I think he's ready to start. I think he's come off the bench now in two or three games.

What I've got to decide is where and when I use him, so that I get the most benefit out of him. But he's definitely helped us, he's got fantastic ability as everybody knows." (13/03/09)
